These are the maps for Ski and Snowboard that I have been researching for my project. 80 percent of the maps that I have seen are 3 dimensional maps. There are so many lines that indicate the routes and trails for skiing and snowboarding. There are also the symbols for indicating the slop information and the level of the skiers and snowboarders.
I am wondering how could I design the better map and indicate many levels of information without making keys and putting it beside the map !!!!!!

Great research. I wish you would have further developed your 3-D map of trails. It would have been interesting to see it completed. You transit map was well executed either way. You should post it along with the examples you researched.
